By visiting our website or booking a class with ClearDune Atelier (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and comply with studio safety policies. Minors require parental or guardian consent to attend.

3. Bookings and payments

Class availability is limited. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us. Prices are listed in USD and may change for future sessions.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may request a full refund up to 72 hours before your first session. Within 72 hours, we offer studio credit. If we must reschedule due to instructor illness or safety, we will offer a new date or a full refund.

5. Studio conduct and safety

• Wear closed-toe shoes and keep long hair tied back.
• Use wet-clean methods; do not dry-sweep clay dust.
• Follow instructor guidance for tool use and lifting posture.
• Be considerate of quiet-hours and accessibility needs of others.

6. Intellectual property

All content on cleardune.online, including text and educational materials, is owned by ClearDune Atelier and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Classes are instructional and recreational. We make no guarantees about personal outcomes or production volume. Use tools and materials responsibly and at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected class. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
